Till now dozens of cases of IED bomb blasts have come to the fore only from West Singhbhum district, today once again the IED planted by Naxalites got blasted. 

In the grip of this IED, an old woman who had gone to collect wood in the forest died a painful death. Panic has spread among the villagers due to the news of the death of an old woman in the grip of an IED bomb. The matter has been informed by the villagers themselves to the police of Goilkera police station in West Singhbhum district. As soon as the information about the incident was received, a team of security forces reached the spot and started investigation. However, official confirmation has not yet been made by the security forces or by the West Singhbhum District Superintendent of Police regarding the woman who lost her life in the incident.

Let us tell you that this morning, in the rugged forest near Maridiri village under the highly naxal-affected Goilkera police station area of ​​West Singhbhum district, early in the morning an old woman, a resident of Maridiri village, had gone to the forest to collect firewood for cooking. . Meanwhile, the IED bomb planted by the Naxalites came under the grip of the jungle and she died a painful death on the spot. According to the information, the name of the deceased woman is Gagi Surin. Whose age is 62 years.
