Arjun Ram Meghwal, who is the Union minister of State for finance today said, “the govt is trying its best to get GST Bill passed to make double digit growth possible in the country”
Meghwal, during a programme said, “States like Bihar, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh have come in favour of GST and if the GST is implemented, double digit growth rate would be possible in the country”
He said handloom and handicraft industry stockholders should also tender their proposals and recommendation with regard to the bill.
He also requested an allocation of businessman from Bikaner to Delhi to hold discussions on the GST Bill on August 8.
