New Delhi: The enthusiasm of the Congress party is at its peak after winning the Karnataka Assembly Elections 2023. Many parties have also appealed to the Congress to come forward and lead the opposition parties in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, a big statement has come out from senior Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam. Acharya Pramod said that all parties should accept Priyanka Gandhi Vadra as the PM candidate.

Acharya Pramod Krishnam said that if the opposition wants to defeat PM Narendra Modi in the Lok Sabha elections 2024, it will have to bring forward a big face who is not only popular, credible but also acceptable. The Congress leader said, 'I think there is no leader more popular, acceptable and trustworthy than Priyanka Gandhi. I want to urge the opposition parties to declare him as the PM candidate."

Talking to the media, Acharya Pramod Krishnan said that a ray of sun is needed to dispel the darkness of the night, extinguished lamps do not give light. The 2024 Lok Sabha elections will be an election of faces. Narendra Modi is a very big face in the politics of this country. If Narendra Modi is defeated then the opposition will have to give a big face. Such a face should be popular, credible but also acceptable, all these things are there in Priyanka Gandhi.
