The political battle of Rajasthan is currently being fought in court. The Sachin Pilot faction took the High Court's stand against the summons of the Speaker. If a decision comes in favor of CM Gehlot ...
1. CM Gehlot may disqualify all 19 MLAs, including the pilot immediately, or disqualify some MLAs. For MLAs whose withdrawal is possible, the Speaker will stop his decision.
2. After that CM Ashok Gehlot can show his majority in front by calling a session of the assembly.
3. A drastic decision can be taken for Sachin Pilot once the majority passes, and he can also be expelled from the party.
4. Sachin Pilot camp can go to Supreme Court.
If the decision comes in favor of the pilot, then it will be the way
1. It will be a matter of relief for them and the morale of the MLA accompanying them will be high.
2. The MLAs of the pilot faction will be able to openly come before CM Gehlot, as they will not be worried about their membership.
3. Pilots hope that when they feel that the pilot faction is strong, and they have access to Delhi, then some more MLAs may come with the pilot.
