Mumbai: A video from Maharashtra is fast going viral on social media. In the viral video, you can see the employees of the Maharashtra Pradesh Road Transport Mahamandal (ST) defecating in front of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) building in Mumbai when their demands are not met.

People on social media are also protesting against the Maharashtra government for not fulfilling the demands of ST employees. One person attacked Transport Minister Anil Parab and wrote, "The government should be ashamed. How the ST employees are being forced to do all this. How can this government be so insensitive? Another person took a dig at the Maharashtra government and wrote, "Karnataka government has sealed the 7th pay scale for employees of KSRTC and NWKRTC, so why can't Maharashtra do this? The tickets for AC and non-AC buses are cheaper in Karnataka buses as compared to Maharashtra ST, yet there is no facility for ST employees. Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST) employees are on strike demanding regularization. They are on strike continuously even after the state government gave a deadline to return to work. Recently, Transport Minister Anil Parab had said that the ST employees returned to work as soon as possible. He had said that no action will be taken against the employees who return to work by March 31.
