The IITs of India, through their unique research, are helping the fight against Corona very well. In this sequence, IIT Kanpur has created such an app, which helps you to expose misleading and fake news about Corona. Scientists who created this app say that we are also facing wrong information along with the corona epidemic. In this case, this app works to solve your dilemma.

Swaprabha Nath, Professor of Computer Science, Prof. of BSBE Department. Under the supervision of Hamim Jaffer, students Ankur Gupta, Nitya Mateneni, Yash Varun and Prarthana Das have devised a system to differentiate between real and fake news. The same, Professor Swaprabha Nath and Hamim Jafar said that there is no truth-based number-based information system. It reads the query entered by the user, understands the intent and context of the query, searches for the most appropriate response. For example, if someone sends a suspicious message, this app checks its facts. If he/she wants to get information about any news, then he provides it.

It is different from other fact-checkers because such fact-checks do not provide general information or news articles. Also, when you write a question, the truthmaker checks several fact check websites. It shows the result along with their rating and URL so that you can be confident about the news message that you are reading.
