Patna: The political uproar over the Chapra poisonous liquor scandal is not going to stop. The war of words between the Bihar government and the BJP continues. The blame game continues. On Thursday, there was a lot of uproar in the Bihar Assembly and after raising anti-government slogans, they walked out. After this, Bihar Finance Minister Vijay Chaudhary attacked the opposition a lot.

Without naming the BJP, Chaudhary said liquor was coming to Bihar in the most illegal manner from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Without naming the BJP, he said that they have a government in these states. People from his party are supplying liquor here in the wrong way. People are dying here by drinking this type of illegal liquor. Citing the statement of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai in the Lok Sabha, he said that Madhya Pradesh and Haryana have the highest number of deaths due to alcohol. Then why don't they go to the CMs of these states and ask for their resignation?

He said that the government has full sympathy toward every citizen. The government is vigilant for the safety of every citizen. The state government is repeatedly saying that alcohol is a bad thing, give it up and maintain your health. People are dying due to drinking alcohol, so why do people take so much risk? He said that prohibition cannot be called a failure from anywhere. All the members had resolved not to drink alcohol. Earlier, the BJP is constantly attacking the statements of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had also said in his statement that whoever drinks will die. Alcohol is a bad thing. There is a prohibition in Bihar. In such a situation, something fake will be sold. People have to be alert.
