Indore Municipal Corporation has planned to shift all poor into 68 thousand homes that will be constructed by 2020. It is done under the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's plan, 'Housing for all scheme'.
IMC has planned to do so in four steps. In first two, they will try to rehabilate 23 thousand people from slum colony to the city. In next phase, they will built around 20 thousand homes.
In the new constructed homes, there will be buildings, underground sewage system and many other facilities.
