Madhya Pradesh: More than 82 percent of the eligible population in Madhya Pradesh has received both dozes of anti-coronavirus vaccine so far, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Friday.

In a statement, Chief Minister commended the state's citizens, social workers, institutions, crisis management committee members, health professionals, and public officials on their accomplishments. According to a public relations department official quoting Chouhan, the mega vaccination campaigns launched in the state were successful because of the community participation.  He said, the first dose has been administered to 5,18,05,926 eligible persons, while the second dose has been administered to 4,52,42,372.
