The second match of the three-Test series between the Indian team and South Africa was played in Johannesburg. The ground has also witnessed a war of words between Indian and African players in the best of games. Rishabh Pant, Jasprit Bumrah, Marco Benson and Aiden Markram witnessed a dispute on the third day of the Test. The heat among the players became so hot that field umpire Marais Erasmus had to say, "Will you guys give me a heart attack?" Marais Erasmus is a former South African player and umpire in the current series.

In fact, the incident was triggered by South Africa's second innings. Pacer Shardul Thakur bowled the 10th over of the innings. He dismissed South Africa batsman Aiden Markram LBW on the last ball of the over. Earlier, Shardul Thakur and the Indian players had made a strong appeal to beat them twice in the same over.

It was only when the Indian team was changing fielding after the end of the over that Marais Erasmus spoke of a heart attack. The African umpire said on the field that all of you players are giving me a dangerous heart attack every over. This was recorded in Mike and went viral on social media with the video. The same video has now hit the internet.
