New Delhi: Corona infection cases are increasing rapidly in the country. According to the data released on Sunday morning, 64,399 new cases have been registered in the country in the last 24 hours, while 861 more people have died due to illness. According to the Health Ministry data, after the arrival of more than 64 thousand new cases of corona, the total number of infected people has crossed 21.5 million.
A total of 21,53,011 people have been caught by the virus so far, of which 6,28,747 are active cases. However, the number of people recovering from the disease is also increasing. So far 14,80,885 people have been cured by defeating the virus. The total number of deaths due to this epidemic has also increased to 43,379. Maharashtra, which has the maximum coronavirus cases, currently has 147355 active cases undergoing treatment. So far, 338362 have been cured in the state.
17367 people have died due to infection. 232618 people have been recovered in Tamil Nadu, while 53481 are active cases. 4808 people have died. The total number of coronavirus patients in the world is going to reach the figure of 20 million. According to statistics, 19,804,408 people have been infected with the virus so far. Out of this, 729,586 people have lost their lives. However, fast patients are also recovering. So far 12,721,186 people have been cured of the virus.
