Asian Team Championship: Indian badminton team enter semi-final after defeated Thailand

On the basis of young Lakshya Sen, the Indian men's team defeated Thailand 3–2 in a thrilling contest and entered the semi-finals of the Badminton Asia Team Championship to capture the medal. Now India is going to face defending champion Indonesia.

According to the information, Kidambi Srikanth and B Sai Praneeth lost in the first two singles matches, but India won the next three games by returning. The team won the previous medal as a bronze medal in the 2016 stage in Hyderabad. Jahan Praneeth lost to Kantaphone Wangcharoen 14-21, 21-14,12-21 and Srikanth 20-22,14-21 to Kunlavut Vitidasarn.

Let us tell you that MR Arjun and Dhruv Kapila defeated Kitinupong Kedren and Tanupat Viriangkura 21-18, 22-20, Lakshya Sen defeated Suppanyu Avihingsanon 21-19, 21-18 and Chirag Shetty and Srikanth duo Manipong India won by defeating Jongit and Nipitaphone Fuangfuapet 21-15,16-21, 21-15.
