New Delhi: India and Nepal are having an important meeting today amidst the map controversy. Although this meeting is part of the routine conversation, but India can also give a strong message to Nepal in this. Indian Ambassador Vijay Mohan Kwatra and Nepal Foreign Secretary Shankar Das Bairagi are present in this bilateral dialogue.

Actually, Nepal released a new political map in May. In it, the script of India, Kalapani, Limpiyadhura area is shown in the border of Nepal. This is the first main dialogue between the two countries after creating a ruckus on it. It has been learned that this meeting is being held through video conference on the progress of various projects released in Nepal. The attitude of Nepal's PM KP Sharma Oli, who has taken anti-India steps one after the other, on the instigation of the Chinese Ambassador to save the chair, seems soft.

KP Oli called PM Modi on 15 August (Independence Day). It is hoped that now the attitude of Nepal has not softened and it has understood that it will not benefit by spoiling relations with India. But it can also happen here that Nepal will continue to work on various projects with China by tying a friendship strip on India's eyes.
