According to the information, Australia's wicketkeeper-batsman Alex Carey scored a half-century in just 25 balls to record the fastest half-century of this World Cup. Shikhar Dhawan scored his fourth hundred in England, with the same as he surpassed Sachin Tendulkar to become the highest-ever Indian batsman to score the most centuries. Miguel Stark plundered 74 runs in 10 overs with which he has become the highest run-getter in the Australian side in World Cup history.

With this, after Shikhar Dhawan's century, team India has become the highest-ever team to score 27 centuries in World Cup history. The team smashed Australia's record of 26 centuries. Rohit Sharma has become the second Indian player to complete 2000 runs in the one-day against Australia. Earlier, Sachin has done the deed.
