NEW DELHI: Indian Army refused to use any cluster bomb in yesterday's operation. In fact, the Pak Army had alleged that the Indian Army was using cluster bombs in cross-border firing, targeting civilians as well. The Indian Army has said that the Pakistani Army regularly infiltrates terrorists and resorts to firing with various weapons to help them. India has consistently said that it will respond strongly to such terrorist activities at the military level meetings.

The Indian Army takes this action only against military bases and infiltrators. Pakistan Army Spokesman Major General Asif Ghafoor said in a statement that the international community should pay attention to this "violation" of the Geneva Convention and international human rights laws. "The Indian Army deliberately used cluster immunization to target the common people along the Line of Control," Ghafoor said. This is a violation of the Geneva Convention and international human rights laws. '

The spokesman said, Indian troops targeted civilians in Neelam Valley on the night of July 30, killing two people and injuring 11 others. The dead included a four-year-old child. The Indian Army rejected Pakistan's claims that its allegations were "completely false". On the other hand, the Pak Foreign Minister has called for taking up the matter at the international level.
