Soldier paying duty on Tiger Hill died in snow

New Delhi: The Indian Army soldier was performing his duty in the Tiger Hill area of Jammu and Kashmir's Dras sector with great enthusiasm that suddenly a pile of snow fell on him. A young man was killed by being buried in a pile of snow. The soldier was from Buldhana district of Maharashtra. According to the media report, on December 15, due to a large piece of snow falling in the Dras sector of Jammu and Kashmir, the soldier doing duty there, Pradeep Sahebrao, died under the snow.

This jawan belonged to Palaskhed Chakka village under Sindkhed Raja tehsil of Buldhana district of Maharashtra. The 30-year-old Pradeep Sahebrao Mandale was giving his duty at Tiger Hill Campus located in the Dras sector. Suddenly a huge pile of snow fell on them and when they were taken out, they had died. Earlier this year in August, he came to his village on a 15-day holiday.

Martyr soldier Pradeep's brother has said that I am proud that my brother has sacrificed for the country, brother you are immortal. Pradeep Mandale joined the 10 Mahar Regiment in the year 2009. Pradeep has 2 younger brothers, one of whom is in the army and the other brother is an agricultural assistant. Martyr Pradeep Mandale has a wife and 3 sons. His funeral has been reported to be held in his village on 20 December.
