Indore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed over 3200 NRIs in Indore Madhya Pradesh in the second day of the 17th Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan. Due to bad weather, PM Narendra Modi reached Indore late from the scheduled time. As PM reached the venue the crow became excited, and Modi-Modi slogans were raised at atll around in the hall. PM reached the stage at the Grand Hall of the Brilliant Convention Center after welcoming Guyanese President Mohammed Irfan Ali and Suriname President Chandrika Prasad Santokhi.
In his speech, PM Narendra Modi said that best wishes for 2023 to all of you. After 4 years, this convention is being organized once in its original form and grandeur. There is a different pleasure and a different importance in meeting the loved ones face to face. PM Modi praising Madhya Pradesh said the water of Maa Narmada, forest, tribal tradition and there are various other things, that make your journey unforgettable in the state. The grand Mahakal Lok has also expanded in Ujjain. PM also urges NRIs to go Baba Mahakal Mandir and seek blessing from the God.

He said Log Kehte he ki Indore Ek Shehar He Me Kehta Ki ye Ek Daur he (People say that Indore is a city, but I say that Indore is a period.) It is the era, which moves ahead of time, but still keeps the heritage within itself. Indore is wonderful city in the world.
