After that, to know the status of the complaint, on Friday, called on 1800114000 of the National Consumer Forum. From there the news was received that your hearing has been done. The company has agreed to return your lost data and validity.

Then discussed with the representatives on the helpline of consumer forum and they said that this has happened to not one but lakhs of people of Bihar. They should get their validity and data back. After that, the representatives of the forum were asked to register the matter with the consumer commission. After this incident, there is hope among lakhs of mobile users of Bihar that the robbery of a company has been caught and their data will also be returned.
