New Delhi: The trial in the IRCTC scam case has been completed in the Special Court. Stunning Yadav appeared in the court today. The court has reserved its verdict on the application filed by Stunning Yadav. The court will decide whether the charges can be framed in the ED case till the cbi case is framed. The ED will pronounce its verdict in the case on July 23. After the court proceedings were over, Stunning Yadav walked out of the court room without talking.

Earlier, in both the cases related to the scam, Lalu and family were granted relief from Patiala House Court, where Lalu Prasad Yadav was granted interim bail by the court in both the cases. The final relief was given by January. Laloo appeared in court through video conferencing.

Stunning and Rabri Devi had personally appeared in the court. The court had said that the documents would be retrenched on January 19. On October 6, the court had granted bail to Rabri Devi, Stunning Yadav and the rest of the accused in the CBI case. The CBI had opposed the regular bail in the court saying it could affect the investigation.
