New Delhi: lawyer practising in the Supreme Court has received a threat to behead him. In fact, a pamphlet has been thrown at the house of lawyer Vineet Jindal in which it is written that - 'Its God's wish, your head will also be separated from the body soon.' Soon after, Vineet Jindal approached the Delhi Police and lodged his complaint. According to DCP North East Usha Rangnani, we have just received the PCR call, we will investigate it.

Police have said that Vineet Jindal has already been given security by the Delhi Police, and a PSO of the Delhi Police has been deployed in his security. It is also reported that Jindal had asked for another PSO a few days ago. Vineet Jindal has told the media that he told that there is a CCTV camera in his house. It works 24 hours a day. But, the face of the person throwing the pamphlet could not be captured on camera. In such a situation, the police may have to face more difficulties in finding the accused.

Earlier, in the case of suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma, some people were threatened with the "separation of the head from the body" by Islamic fundamentalists. Gauhar Chishti, who had made a controversial statement like 'Sir Tan Se Judaa' for Nupur Sharma, was arrested from Hyderabad. Earlier, in Ghaziabad too, a lawyer was threatened to 'separate the head from the body'. His only fault was that he condemned the brutal murder of Kanhaiyalal. In many other states of the country, people are getting similar threats from Islamic fundamentalists. All of them have either been seen as supporters of Nupur or they have condemned the Udaipur or Amravati massacre in recent times. Now, the fire of this fanaticism has reached the Supreme Court, and lawyer Vineet Jindal has also been threatened by taking the name of Allah.
