A video has been going viral on the internet of an ITBP officer, the contents of the video consist of the officer performing ‘Surya Namaskar’, properly known as ‘Sun Salutation’ in English, it is a practice in yoga as an exercise incorporating a flow sequence of some twelve gracefully linked asanas.

However, the thing that is most ‘unique’ about this particular video which caught the attention of social media users is the fact that the ITBP officer is practically naked, with only a piece of cloth covering half of his lower body, in the chilling cold of Ladakh at approximately 18,000 feet above, performing the asanas which are considered to be one of the toughest yogic practices.

Additionally, the Ladakh mountains are covered with snow, making it difficult for anyone to even do any form of physical activity let alone be bare, this act has made the netizens call it a ‘superhuman move’ as the asanas performed by him were with sheer perfection and dedication, as the temperature was reported to be below goals. This move by the officer has particularly motivated the youth and has given off ‘major fitness goals’ to fitness lovers.
