Hidden Strike, an action-comedy film starring Jackie Chan and John Cena, has finally released its trailer, much to the delight of netizens around the world, on Tuesday, May 30.

Hidden Strike is a comedy-action thriller starring Chan and Cena as special forces soldiers Luo Feng and Chris Van Horne. Despite the fact that no release date for the much-delayed picture has been announced, the trailer's release indicates that it is not far away. The film, directed by Need for Speed director Scott Waugh, was first announced in 2018 and, despite the fact that filming ended years ago, the film's release was halted owing to a variety of circumstances.

Hidden Strike's name was also modified several times, with titles such as Project X, Project X-Traction, and Snafu. The description of the trailer says, "Two ex-special forces soldiers must escort a group of civilians along Baghdad's 'Highway of Death' to the safety of the Green Zone. Hidden Strike - coming soon!!". This year, Chan and Cena will also appear in another project as Splinter and Rocksteady in the animated feature Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Meanwhile, here's what fans are saying about the trailer.

One person wrote, "Okay, ngl, this looks dope. The fact that Jackie Chan is still kickin' and is basically checking off most American action movie stars is freakin sick," another one says, "I hope this is shown at a cinema near me. This is a day one watch / book a day off work to watch film." Third user wrote, "Finally! Gonna be there opening weekend for this one."
