Film director Kabir Khan, who has described the Mughals as real nation makers, has now said something that he has again become the talk of the town. In fact, in a recent statement, he said, "Saying Jai Shriram" has never been an issue for Muslims. Not only that, but he has also described patriotism and nationalism as different. Let me tell you all that Kabir Khan has directed the film 83 on the Indian cricket team's first World Cup win. However, his film did not do well. The film flopped at the box office. On the other hand, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan director is now busy preparing for Pavan Putra Bhaijaan with Salman Khan.

In an interview to a well-known website among all this, Kabir Khan said, "There is a concept of secularism in his house because his mother is a Hindu and his father is Muslim. When he was being brought up in Delhi, it was not an issue for him to say 'Jai Shriram,' because all of them spoke. His relatives living in Farrukhabad also spoke 'Jai Shri Ram'.'' At the same time, he spoke of patriotism and nationalism and said, "There is a difference between the two and 83 beautifully reflects that difference. Patriotism is what happens when you feel proud of your country, you don't need an enemy for that, it's within you. Kapil Dev and his team did not raise any slogans, they did not fight against any enemy. What does the film finally show? Those players may have belonged to any religion, whatever they eat, but eventually, they came together and won the World Cup when they played for the country.''

The film '83' has flopped at the box office but Kabir Khan claims that everyone who has reached the film likes the film and there can be many reasons why people did not come to the theatres to watch the film which was so appreciated by the critics. Not only that but he also revealed about the next film 'Pawan Putra Bhaijaan.' He said he is working with Salman Khan on it.

What Kabir Khan said about the Mughals- In fact, Kabir Khan had said in the past that the Mughals were real nation-builders. At the same time, he said, "The easiest way is to make the Mughals and the Muslim rulers worse. It's all very disturbing. Although these are my personal views and I can't speak for a very large community, yes I'm troubled by such things in films.'' Tell you that Kabir Khan's statement came after the trailer of Disney Plus Hotstar's new web series 'The Empire' surfaced. He was trolled on social media after his statement.
