Jammu: Information about suspected terrorists detained by security forces in the country's state of Jammu and Kashmir has been received late Tuesday evening. The army's Chinar Corps said that during the initial investigation it was found that both of them were in constant contact with an active militant of Pakistan. On September 5-6, they collected tools from Samba and was going towards the Kashmir Valley.

Both the terrorists going to Kashmir by truck were taken into custody by security forces late Tuesday evening near Jawahar Tunnel of Kulgam. Two AK 47 rifles and boxes filled with IEDs were seized from them. Security agencies are busy interrogating them and gathering more information. Confirming the arrest, police sources had reported that an AK-47 rifle with two magazines, an M-4 US carbine with three magazines, six Chinese pistols with 12 magazines and a box full of IEDs were seized.

On the other hand, an increase in new cases of coronavirus has been recorded in the country. During the intervening 24 hours, more than 95 thousand new cases have been reported and 1,172 people have also died during this period. Meanwhile, the number of patients recovering from the virus is also increasing rapidly. The number of patients who have been completely cured of active cases of corona has almost quadrupled. Talking about patients getting cured, this figure has reached about 78 per cent. The cases of corona in the country are increasing continuously.
