New Delhi: On the call of PM Modi of India, the whole country has participated in the curfew today. While the tenure of Janata curfew has been extended in many other districts including Gorakhpur, Saharanpur, Baghpat, it is now going to continue till Sunday i.e. on March 22, 2020 from 7 in the morning to 6 in the morning on Monday.

According to the information received, Saharanpur District Magistrate Akhilesh Singh told the media that the Janata curfew, which was from 7 am to 9 pm on March 22, has been extended to 6 pm on March 23. It is being said that the District Magistrate has appealed to the residents to give their significant contribution in making the curfew 100% successful.

According to sources, District Magistrate Shakuntala Gautam has also ordered to extend the period of Janata curfew till 6 am tomorrow (23 March 2020). The District Magistrate has appealed to all the residents of the district to cooperate with the people for curfew and take special care of cleanliness to avoid the coronavirus. It is also being said that we should make each other aware of the precautions. All district residents should be alert.
