All over the world coronavirus havoc has been the same. In the wake of rising cases many countries are working of rapid vaccination campaign. In this Tier 2 of coronavirus India is suffering the most, daily death toll crosses 1000 which is a nightmare for any country. The novel coronavirus has also postponed many events, exams and in-person meetings. Lately, Japan, Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga has called off a planned visit to India and the Philippines. He himself has said on Wednesday quoting government sources to call off the plan to travel.

Prime Minister Suga was scheduled to visit India later this month. He was here to discuss regional security to bolster a free and open Indo-Pacific region amid China's growing aggression in the South and East China seas with the officials. Japan has been trying to enhance their security cooperation with such regional countries amid China's attempt. Recently, more than 200 Chinese vessels have massed the Whitsun Reef in the South China Sea.

The Philippine foreign ministry on Monday said China's claims that the boats were sheltering from bad weather were "blatant falsehoods.”

Apparently, last month, the foreign and defense ministers of Japan and Indonesia held a meeting and expressed commitment to working toward a free and open Indo-Pacific.
