Ranchi: In Jharkhand, the administration has now allowed the opening of shrines amid the corona epidemic. Several major temples including Baba Dham and nearby traders have received a big relief following the directions of CM Hemant Soren's government. A decision in this regard was taken at a meeting of the Disaster Management Authority chaired by Soren on Tuesday.

As per the decision of the same Government, it has been ordered that at least one vaccine must be administered to all concerned persons like priests, pandas, imams, clerics, etc. It is only after that that devotees have been allowed to enter all religious places. Devotees have been allowed to gather at the shrine at 50 percent capacity by the administration. A maximum of 100 people can enter the shrine identified by the Collector like Baba Dham Temple at Deoghar etc.

The same will now be restricted to children below the age of 18 years. It has been made necessary for all to follow social distance. No devotee will have an entry without a mask. It will be mandatory to wear masks continuously. At the same time, the Government gave the green signal for all years of offline classes of undergraduate and post-graduate education in the college. Offline classes from 6 to 8 have been sanctioned in the school. All sports activities were approved for organizing without spectators.
