Bumper recruitment has come out of the Jammu and Kashmir public service commission for the post of medical officer. A total of 708 posts will be filled up through this recruitment. Description of Posts:
The written test for this recruitment is likely to be held on March 6, 2022. A recruitment drive is being launched to fill up a total of 708 vacancies, out of which 450 vacancies are for the post of Medical Officer (New) and 258 for Medical Officer (Backlog).

Educational Qualification:-
Applicants have the right to recognized graduation medical qualification suo MBBS or part of the First or Second Schedule or Third Schedule (in addition to licensed qualifications) II of the Medical Council of India Act, 1956.

Age Limit:-
Open Category / Open Category Candidates in the service/ Government applicants should not be more than 40 years of age. Candidates of PHC and RBA/SC/ST/ALCIB/OSC/EWS/PSP should not be above 42 years and 43 years of age respectively.

Application Fee:-
In this recruitment, general category candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 1000, while Rs. 500 is applicable for candidates covered under reservation.
