Supreme Court chosen Justice Lodha board has refused the demand of Indian cricket board to defer the planned meeting tomorrow on accomplishment of reforms within the next six months.

BCCI's newly appointed legal advisor Justice Markandey Katju said,“to file a review petition against apex court verdict to a bigger bench and not meet the committee, terming the recommended reforms null and void".

Anurag Thakur Thakur and Ajay Shirke may face Contempt of Court if they don't meet the panel tomorrow at proposed time of 11 am.

According to the senior BCCI official said, “the move was a deliberate delaying tactics which BCCI wanted to employ with an aim of getting a stay order on the July 18th verdict passed by two-member bench comprising CJI TS Thakur and Justice FMI Khallifullah”
