Keep in mind that heat a pan to bake the Tikki. Greasy the thali by applying a little ghee to the pan, now bake the Tikki from both sides till it turns red. Now in a pan ghee/ghee. Heat the oil. When the ghee is hot, fry the banana Tikki in it in hot ghee till it turns red on a medium to a high flame. It would be good if you fry the Tikki in very little ghee.
