Raksha Bandhan is near and it is scheduled to be celebrated on 15th August 2019. The sisters are very eagerly waiting for the festival, but more eagerly than that, their brothers are waiting. On the other hand, the sister feeds her brother with sweets and binds a rakhi, but the importance of that dessert is even greater when it is made from the hands of the sister. Let us tell you today the recipes of two sweets that you can feed your brother on the day of the rakhi with your hands.

Cashew pistachio choco roll - To make it, cook in 2 cups of warm water and drench edits for 5 minutes. Then grind it coarsely and keep aside. Cook in a non-stick pan for 10 minutes and keep it cool. Then add cashew powder and sugar and knead like a loo. Then make the pistachio mixture a 5-inch long cylinder and put it on one side of the cashew square and roll the two together. Roll the remaining cashew nuts and pistachios mixture in the same manner. Now wrap them in silverwork and cut them into 3-inch pieces and serve.

Dry Fruit Shortcake - Dry fruit shortcake does not take much time to make. First heat ghee in a pan to make this quick-formed shortcake. Add cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios and fry for 2 minutes and then add the khoya. Remove the pan from the flame and add cardamom powder, saffron, and sugar. Add ghee and water to the dough and make it soft. Now divide it into several small pieces and fill it with a dry fruit mixture and close the kachori. Now add ghee to fry in the pan and fry till it is golden brown when it is heated. Serve hot.
