Bhopal: Kamal Nath government of Madhya Pradesh stays in the headlines for some reason or the other. The audio of a phone conversation between an officer of the Excise Department and social worker of Dhar district went viral. This viral audio is of the conversation with Whistle Blower Dr Anand Rai regarding the Vyapam scam. CM Kamal Nath, shown strictness, has released the officer from the post and orders have been given to investigate the incident.

According to reports, Assistant Commissioner Excise Department Sanjeev Dubey, posted in Dhar, has been removed by the state government with immediate effect after audio went viral on the media. At present, the situation regarding Dubey's new posting has not been cleared. The audio which was released on social media on Tuesday morning is said to be between Anand rai and the Excise Officer Dubey. In this audio, there has been the talk of Madhya Pradesh minister, MLAs talking about taking lakhs of rupees from liquor contractors.

Public relations department of Madhya Pradesh government has informed about this action on Twitter. On the other hand, according to local reports, State Congress spokesperson Narendra Saluja has confirmed the removal of Excise Officer Dubey and ordered an inquiry into the matter. It is being said that Forest Minister Umang Singhar, MLAs Rajvardhan Singh Dattigaon and Hiralal Alava threatened to reach Chief Minister Kamal Nath late Tuesday evening that they could take some decision if officer Dubey is not released from his post.
