Noted Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar had recently filed a defamation case against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and the matter is still under trial. The same case was heard yesterday. Kangana also appeared before the court. In fact, as soon as Kangana reached the court, her attendance was recorded, but after that, the hearing in the case was postponed to October 1. Kangana Ranaut has now accused Javed Akhtar of threatening an extension. With this Kangana has filed a transfer of app which is scheduled for hearing on November 15.
You can see Kangana recently shared a picture on Instagram and wrote, 'Remember that those who can't make you can't even break you. I had gone to the hearing of the Javed Akhtar case today which he filed under pressure from Shiv Sena. The only warrior to face the hyena is that too in style.' Kangana Ranaut's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui, on the other hand, said, 'Javed Akhtar called Kangana home and threatened her. Scared and said you'll suicide. He also said many things. But Kangana did not say anything.'
She has now filed this in her complaint. At the same time, Kangana's lawyer also said, 'When Javed Akhtar had nothing to do with the case, then why did he come to this matter. Why called Kangana to his house. Kangana is still not fully recovered. But still, I told her today to come to court so that we don't feel that we are not coming.' Kangana's lawyer has also levelled serious allegations against the Andheri court judge. In fact, Kangana's lawyer says, 'Why is Kangana required to come to court again and again when the matter is unlabeled. Kangana feels that the court is biased so she wants the matter to be transferred to another court.'
