The actress shared a poster of 'Thalaivi' on her Instagram story last Monday, a biopic based on the life of late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and former actress J Jayalalithaa. Sharing the poster, the actress captioned it as "Working in Thalaivi is a gratifying experience. This is the best film of my career so far." At the same time, Kangana also shared a note and wrote, "Thalaivi' is a theatre experience, hopefully, Hindi multiplexes will also run it. I am sure it will bring the audience back to the theatres.'' Tell all of you that the film will release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

The film showcases various aspects of Jayalalithaa's life, which emerged as an actress at an early age and then showed her dominance in politics. The film is slated to hit the theatres on September 10. Let us also tell you that earlier the makers of 'Thalaivi' had decided to release the film on OTT first in view of the epidemic situation but later accepted the terms of theatre owners.
