Kanpur: Kanpur police are taking all the strict steps to make the lockdown implemented to win the war against the Coronavirus epidemic. In this sequence, the corona infected areas of Kanpur have been declared as red zones. Along with sealing all these areas, monitoring has been started with drones.

While giving information, Kanpur DIG Anant Dev Tiwari has said that Anwarganj, Bekganj, Chamanganj, Babupurwa, Colonelganj and Ghatampur have been declared as red zones. The mosques in these areas were surrounded by corona-infected gathering and people here met them in mosques. Due to this, along with sealing these areas, monitoring of drones has started. He told that if anyone goes out, a fine of up to Rs 5 lakh will be imposed.

An FIR will be filed in violation of lockdown. 22 people attending Kanpur's Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College in Tablighi Jamaat in Delhi have been quarantined on suspicion of corona infection. The principal of the medical college alleges that these suspected patients of Corona are misbehaving with the medical staff of the hospital.
