Lucknow: The police is gearing up to crack down on the Vikas Dubey's wife Richa Dubey in the Kanpur encounter case. According to sources, Richa Dubey can be get arrested at any time. There is an allegation of buying a SIM on fake ID against Richa. An FIR was also lodged against him in the case. The court has rejected Richa's anticipatory bail plea. It is now believed that richa can be made to rest in this case soon.

The anticipatory bail of Kanchan, wife of Vikas Dubey's special aide Guddan Trivedi, has also been rejected in the case. In fact, SIT probing the Kanpur encounter case had disclosed the SIM on fake Aadhaar card by Richa Dubey. Richa was using this SIM himself. After the revelations, a case of fraud was registered against him at Chaubpur police station in Kanpur. On registering an FIR against him, Richa had filed a petition seeking anticipatory bail till the charge sheet was filed in the District Judge's court. The plea was dismissed by the court.

Tell us that the SIT investigation into the Bickaru scandal revealed that his relatives and acquaintances, including the notorious Vikas Dubey's wife, had sim on forged documents. Based on the same enquiry report, the district administration had issued orders to the police to file a case against all these.
