On his Instagram account, comedian Kapil Sharma posted a reel featuring the Middle Class Love cast. On the sets of The Kapil Sharma show, the video featured producer Anubhav Sinha, his director wife Ratnaa Sinha, actor Prit Kamani, and two newcomers, Eisha Singh and Kavya Thapar.

"Pehli baar aisa hua hai dukan band ki ho and grahak aagye," is heard Kapil saying (It has happened for the first time that the shop is closed and the customers come in). "We have made a film, and we were out to promote it. I said I know Kapil, and I thought of coming to you for promotion," Anubhav Sinha said. "Kapil ko mai jaante hoon, kapil ke liye aajate hai." Kapil replied, "We are done with our shoot, let's do it next week." Humaara Aaj Ka Shoot Ho Gya Hai Finish, Agle hafte Karlete Hai. Kapil wore black pants, a floral t-shirt, and brown shoes. "Exclusive ‘middle class love' only on my YouTube channel," he captioned the picture. His hashtags included #kapilsharmak9, #middleclasslove, #anubhavsinha, #youtube, and #kapilsharmak9 on the reel. Lots of love from Pakistan said one of his admirers. "Grahak aa gaye," another fan wrote. (laughing emoticons) Another admirer commented, "All-time favorite.”My lifeline, Kappu," or "meri jaan kappu." On the video, many of his followers used the heart emoji.

The most recent endeavour from Benaras Media, the production company owned by Anubhav Sinha, is Middle Class Love. It is directed by his wife Ratnaa Sinha and stars newcomers Eisha Singh and Kavya Thapar in addition to Maska actor Prit Kamani. Manoj Pahwa plays a significant role in the movie as well.
