New Delhi: The hearing has started in the Supreme Court in the case of political vicissitudes in Maharashtra on Saturday morning. On behalf of Maha Vikas Aghadi, Kapil Sibal said in court that Maharashtra needs government. If the BJP has a majority, it should prove its majority today. Sibal said that what has been happening in the state, we have never seen that before.

Senior advocate Sibal has accused the governor of acting on the instructions of the Center. They have asked what the basis of the swearing-in was. Nobody knows anything about this. Kapil Sibal, who appeared in the court on behalf of Shiv Sena, said, 'The majority in the state is 145 seats. The pre-election alliance comes first. The pre-election alliance is broken. We are now confident of the post-election alliance.

Kapil Sibal has said that, 'President's rule was abruptly removed at midnight. President's rule was removed without a cabinet meeting. He said that if BJP has support, prove it. There is no record of calling legislators. No information was made public. Yesterday at 5.17 am President's rule was removed and at 8 am two persons were sworn in as CMs and deputy CMs. What documents were given? '
