Bengaluru: The number of corona patients in Karnataka has crossed two lakh. There have been 6,706 new cases of coronavirus in the state, and at the same time the total figure of corona patients has crossed two lakhs. On Thursday, Health Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Pandey said in this regard that the figures of corona infections in the state are increasing immensely, although 1.2 lakh people have become healthy from the infection so far. At present, the number of corona patients in the state has increased to 2,03,200.

According to the latest figures, here 8,609 corona patients have been discharged from the hospital in a day. Apart from this, the number of people recovering from corona infection so far has reached 1,21,242. Bengaluru has become the most affected city of Corona in the state. In the last 24 hours, 1,893 cases of infection have been registered here. With this, the total number of corona infected here has been 81,733.

Cases of 522 were reported in Mysore, 445 in Ballari, 402 in Udupi, 328 in Davangere, 288 in Belagavi, 285 in Kalaburagi, 257 in Dharwad and 246 in Dakshina Kannada. Apart from this, 103 people have died due to Corona virus in one day. So far 3,613 people have died in the state. Out of a total of 2 lakh in the state, there are currently 78,337 active cases while 727 ICU has admissions.
