Bangalore: The Yeddyurappa government of the state has taken a big action amid increasing cases of coronavirus, a global pandemic in Karnataka. The licenses of about 110 drug stores in the state have been revoked. This action has been taken because these shops did not keep any record of people taking fever and cold medicines.

It was ordered by the state government that every medical store has to keep a record of such people who are taking medicines for fever and chills. So that if they have symptoms of coronavirus, then it can be investigated. But it is alleged that more than 100 of these medical stores did not do so. Of the 110 medical stores whose licenses have been revoked, 70 shops are in the Kalburgi area only. The speed of coronavirus cases in Karnataka is increasing very fast now.

The total number of coronavirus cases in Karnataka has reached beyond 25 thousand. For the last few days, more than one and a half thousand cases are coming here every day. So far, four hundred people have lost their lives in the state due to Coronavirus. Only in Bangalore, more than ten thousand cases have been recorded.
