Kashmir ranks prominent on the list of terrorist targets. Last time, Al-Qaida mentioned Kashmir during the launch of their Jammu and Kashmir outlet, Ansar Gajavatul Hind, aimed at re-conquering India for Islam. State that Xinjiang and Chechnya have not been placed on this list. Muslims have been severely tortured in both these places.
