New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister and leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), praised the Punjab government's decision to provide 300 units of free electricity to every household in the state on Saturday, saying that unlike other political parties, AAP does not make false promises and follows through on its promises. Before the state's Assembly elections, AAP vowed to provide 300 free energy units, which the party promised to deliver on the day it finished its one month in office in Punjab.

"Many congratulations, Bhagwant ji, on your amazing decision. Our first promise was kept. We follow through on our promises. We don't make promises we don't intend to keep, as some other parties do "Kejriwal used Hindi in his tweets. The Punjab administration, according to the AAP chief, will not let a lack of funds stand in the way of the state's success.

"Now we have a government that is honest, patriotic, and has clear aims. Ending corruption will save money. Punjab's prosperity will not be hampered by a shortage of funds, "In his tweet, he stated. Raghav Chadha, an AAP MP, praised the Punjab administration for delivering on its election pledge of giving free power in the state, tweeting, "We followed through on what we said. Punjab residents would receive free electricity after Delhi residents."

According to the State Information and Public Relations Department, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Punjab announced on Saturday that every home will receive 300 units of free energy starting July 1. The AAP government in Delhi, for example, supplies citizens with 200 free units of power.
