New Delhi: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today announced his new programme on Yoga during a press conference amid the ever increasing number of cases of corona infection. He said the Delhi government is going to start pranayama and yoga classes for those who are in home isolation after being infected with corona virus.

CM Kejriwal further said that delhi has received fewer corona cases in the last two days. That's good. I hope this trend will continue in the coming days. The speed of the corona growing will start to slow down. But today we are launching a program for those who are infected with corona, in home isolation. Yoga-Pranayama greatly increases immunity. I don't say yoga is a corona bite, but our body's strength to fight it increases. We are starting online yoga classes for those who are in home isolation. CM Kejriwal further said that home isolated people will be able to do yoga with yoga instructors sitting at home. A very large team of yoga instructors has been formed. Special training has been imparted on which are the yogas associated with corona, pranayama. Those in home isolation will be sent to register a link to those who are there. By clicking on the link, they can tell when they would like to do yoga.

Kejriwal further said that 5 yoga classes of one hour each will be held from 6 am to 11 am. This will be followed by 3 yoga classes from 4 pm to 7 pm. This way there will be a total of 8 classes a day. You can register for it as per the convenience. We have so many yoga instructors that 40,000 people can take yoga classes at the same time, Kejriwal said.
