CM Arvind Kejriwal got a big shock from the Delhi court on Wednesday. Rouse Avenue Court has also issued summons to Arvind Kejriwal. He has been asked to appear before the court on 17 February on the ED's application.

5 summons sent to Kejriwal: Reports say that the CM did not appear before the ED after being summoned 5 times in the money laundering case related to Delhi's alleged liquor scam. ED had also approached Delhi court on this. The court had reserved its decision on the Enforcement Directorate's petition after hearing both the sides.

Asked to appear on 17th February: Not only this, now the court has issued summons to Arvind Kejriwal and asked him to appear on 17th February. At the same time, on the summons of the court, Aam Aadmi Party has said that we are studying the court order and are going to take action as per the law. We will inform the court how all the summonses of the Enforcement Directorate remained illegal.

ED's summons were declared illegal: The good thing is that on February 2, Delhi CM did not turn up for questioning on ED's summons for the fifth time in connection with the money laundering case proceedings. Earlier, he had rejected four summons issued on January 18, January 3, November 2 and December 22, calling them illegal and politically motivated.
