Thiruvananthapuram: Recently Kerala's Maradu flat will be blown up on January 11 and 12 via explosives. The flats of Alpha Serene and Holy Faith will be flown on January 11, while Jain and Golden Fleet flats will be flown on January 12. The Supreme Court has ordered the demolition of these flats. Explain that there are a total of 343 flats in these four apartments. In this connection, the Controller of Explosives says, "The process of filling the explosives in the Holy Faith H2O apartment complex in Maradu is complete and the point of detonation has been finalized." The decision to demolish the flats through explosives was a meeting with Chief Secretary Tom Jose.

According to information received from sources, it has been learned that District Magistrate S Suhas and City Police Commissioner Vijay Sakhar were also present in this meeting. Demolition plan was also discussed in the meeting convened by Sub-Collector Snehil Kumar. Representatives of the companies had told that the building would collapse in a few seconds. On October 25, the Supreme Court refused to hear a petition prohibiting the demolition of Mardu flat. The apex court had also reiterated that all the flat owners should be given at least Rs 25 lakh and ordered the builders to deposit Rs 20 crore within a period of one month.

For your information, let us tell you that on 23 September, the Supreme Court reprimanded the Kerala government for allowing illegal multi-storey building in coastal areas. He also said that he will decide the responsibility of the officials involved in such constructions.
