Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has made a controversial statement about Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Keshav Prasad said that Rahul Gandhi's mental balance is not good, he should be admitted to a hospital in Agra. Keshav Prasad was present at a traders conference in Agra to mark the completion of nine years of the central government. In response to a question asked about Rahul's visit to America, he talked about admitting Rahul to Agra Hospital. Along with this, Keshav Prasad Maurya described Akhilesh Yadav as the sardar of goons.
Keshav Prasad Maurya said, "How can goons, criminals and mafias be fully connected with the Samajwadi Party, how to harass people. Work is being done for this. Samajwadi Party cadre means a cadre of goons, mafias and criminals. Samajwadi Party is a party of goons, criminals and mafias. Its chief is Akhilesh Yadav. Their mentality is how hooliganism has increased in the state. But we will not allow it to grow. The place of hooligans, land grabbers and rioters is in jail. Speaking to the media, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya claimed that this time we will cross the 2014 figure. In 2014, we won 73 MPs in Uttar Pradesh. In 2024, the entire 80 MPs will win."
He said that the people of the country are standing with the resolve that Prime Minister Modi should form a government with a bigger majority than 2019 and make the country a world leader. "We won 17 out of 17 seats in the municipal elections in Uttar Pradesh. Similarly, we will win in the Lok Sabha elections. A double engine government is working in the state. Good work is being done at the Centre under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Yogi Adityanath in the state. On Akhilesh Yadav's meeting with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, he said that they are anti-BJP, everyone is getting together. They may meet, but the public is going to meet them. People have decided, our leader is Modi ji, we will make him win. Lotus will feed, cycle punctured".
