A federal judge has said in a written decision that the allegations made by actor Anthony Rapp against Kevin Spacey proved to be a significant factor in whether Spacey sexually assaulted her at a party in Manhattan in 1986 when Rapp was 14. However, in the midst of all this, actor Kevin has dismissed all these allegations against him.

Rapp seeks compensation for defamation: Damages have also been sought for the allegations made by Rapp in his lawsuit. Simultaneously, Rapp has started demanding strict action against Kevin Spacey. However, Rapp testified in court that during the meeting that lasted more than two minutes, he had not been in any kind of abusive behaviour so far.
