After the suspension of the ongoing farmers' agitation along the borders of Delhi including the Kundli border, the farmers have started returning home with joy and happiness today. Arrangements have been made to prepare for the celebration before returning to the fronts. It is being told that farmers have reached Kundli with about 500 tractor-trolleys from Punjab and Haryana to join the celebration. Today on Saturday morning, first of all, the farmers have done Ardas and after that, there is an announcement to run the langar for about two hours. Now the pictures of the return of the farmers are coming out. The departure of the farmers has started on Saturday morning, but before that Ardas and Langar were also organized.
In view of the apprehension of jam on GT Road, the farmers have decided to go out in different groups. With the return of farmers, the route up to about 8 km on the Kundli border will be cleared. 50 percent of the farmers have already returned. It is now believed that the service lane on both sides of GT Road will be commissioned after minor repairs for 3 days. This will provide relief to the drivers. Now a large number of tractor trolleys are going from here due to which GT road is jammed.
At present, farmers from the Singhu border, Kundli border, Tikri Border, and Ghazipur border (Delhi-UP border) are also leaving for their homes. On the Ghazipur border, farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said, "A large group of farmers will vacate the area at 8 am tomorrow. In today's meeting, we will talk, pray. We will meet those who helped us. Our farmer brothers have started returning home, it will take four to five days. I will leave for my house on December 15.''
