According to Kaushani, apart from having a wider reach, online promotions cannot beat the impact of physical promotion. Prior to lockdown, the actors would visit shopping malls and theatres to interact with people and also let them know about their upcoming films. But now in this online era, the actress is doing interviews, live shows and videos. It also reach a certain audience and have an impact, but it’s not that effective than physical presence.

The 'Jaanbaaz' actress said her fans always see her photos and videos on social media. So, if they are watching just another video, it will not attract them the way a personal interaction would do. Koushani has not been able to take any break due to her films and is planning to take a break now in March.
