Indore: A sad news has surfaced from Indore in Madhya Pradesh. In fact, according to recent information, Padma Shri Kutty Menon, a knowledgeable and Gandhian thinker of organic farming, passed away during treatment. Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Narottam Mishra have condoled the passing away of Gandhian thinker Padma Shri Kutty Menon. Let us tell you all that Padma Shri Kutty Menon, a knowledgeable and Gandhian thinker of organic farming, suffered a heart attack last Friday morning. He was then admitted to a hospital in Indore for treatment. He succumbed to his injuries during treatment here. Gandhian thinker Padma Shri Kutty Menon will now be cremated today.

Let us tell you all that Kutty Menon was awarded the Padma Shri in 1991 because of his services. He was earlier awarded the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Award in 1989 for his contribution to organic farming and eco-friendly irrigation at Kasturba Village in Indore named after Kasturba Gandhi. After his death today, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan tweeted and wrote, "Today we all lost a true servant of nature as Padma Shri, Gandhian, environmentalist Kutty Menon ji. Throughout his life, he was engaged in the campaign to serve the environment and save the greenery of the earth. They will always be in our hearts through their noble deeds. Humble tribute!"
